Dr. Nduom has made several investments in Ghana. He is a homeowner and together with his wife, owns other properties in the country. More important, he and his wife have made a number of investments that have provided jobs to many Ghanaians. Dr. Nduom's interests are managed by a Trustee. The investments include:

Coconut Grove Hotels |
 One of the significant investments made by the Nduom family over the past twelve years in Ghana. Coconut Grove Hotels is one of the few private multiple location hotel establishments owned and managed by Ghanaians. The hotel chain has four properties in Elmina, Obuasi and Accra. The chain employs about 200 people and has become a recognizable brand name in West Africa. Coconut Grove has won hotel of the year awards from the Ghana Tourist Board.
Coconut Grove Hotels has invested in a radio station, Ahomka FM (99.5 in Elmina) and First National Savings and Loans Company. |

Gold Coast Securities |
 An investment banking firm with a broad distribution network in Ghana. Gold Coast has offices in Accra, Kumasi, Tamale, Takoradi, Ho and Hohoe. It is the local correspondent for Standard and Poors and Bloomberg.
