| AGENDA FOR CHANGE BEGINS |
|
| Sat, Nov 21st 2009 |
|
Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, presidential candidate of the Convention people’s Party (CPP) in the 2008 elections will on Tuesday 27th October, 2009 hold a press conference at 10:00 am at the boardroom of the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel. The press confab will be the beginning of many of such to push the agenda for change in Ghana.
Many will remember that the agenda for change in the 2008 general elections was initiated by Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom. It caught on so well that Ghanaians everywhere could easily identify with the slogan and its accompanying hand gestures, which was thoroughly copied by the National Democratic Congress (NDC). After the election, which the NDC won, Ghanaians are yet to see a manifestation of the change promised.
Fortunately, the originator of the change agenda knows exactly what it means to do things differently to bring real hope to Ghanaians. He knows what to do and with a sense of urgency to make sure that Ghanaians feel comfortable and respected in their own country. Ghanaians attested to these after the IEA debates last year.
The press conference will also touch on matters to do with parliament, district assemblies, and related issues.
Dr. Nduom will begin exactly on the time stated in order that journalist will have more time to ask questions.
